Job description
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and make decision on acquiring new construction equipment or technology
- Track industry trends, demand for tower cranes, and rental market fluctuations
- Evaluate the return on investment for various financing options, including outright purchases, leases, and rental agreements
- Provide financial models for asset depreciation, lifecycle costs, and resale value
- Assist in budgeting for crane procurement, maintenance and operational costs
- Advise on comprehensive insurance policies for equipment, liability, and business continuity
