The Company

Our client is seeking a financial analyst to join their team. The role is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the SEA region.

The Role

The role is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the region, including revenue forecasting, margin and operating expense analysis, and profitability improvement. The incumbent will support both organic and inorganic business growth by providing financial insights, business case development, and analytics to guide strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include managing planning cycles such as quarterly projections, annual budgeting, and long-range planning, in collaboration with country general managers and commercial teams, ensuring accurate and timely submission of targets. The role also involves P&L variance analysis, standardizing reporting, and providing decision support for projects and initiatives. Working closely with accounting and controllership teams, the position ensures accurate and timely financial closing, implements effective controls, and drives market modeling, strategic business planning, and assessment of new business initiatives.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, with proven exposure to SEA region. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a certified accountant qualification is a plus. The role requires strong technical proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with experience in Macro, BPC, or SAP considered an advantage. Candidates should be collaborative, self-driven, problem-solving, and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines. Knowledge of US GAAP is preferred.
