About the Role

If you love turning numbers into meaningful stories, spotting trends others miss, and creating dashboards that make people say "wow," this role might be your next adventure.

Reporting to our Director of Finance, you'll play a key part in budget preparation, month-end analysis, forecasting, and building insights that guide major business decisions. You'll collaborate across teams, dive deep into data, and help us build smarter, more efficient processes.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll get to:

• Work with Operations, PMO, and Billing teams to prepare project revenue recognition reports (including actuals and forecasts)
• Build and enhance automated dashboards using SAP S4, SAC, and PowerBI
• Prepare and submit annual budgets, monthly financials, and variance analysis
• Develop monthly and quarterly business review packs
• Report financial performance to HQ via SAP/SAC
• Manage monthly R&O and Cashflow forecasts
• Create and support monthly/quarterly business review decks
• Analyze key business drivers — customers, OEMs, project profitability, KPIs, and more
• Spot opportunities to improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Support global projects and system rollouts
• Take on additional projects that help the team and business succeed

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ACCA/CIMA preferred)
• At least 5 years' experience in financial accounting, FP&A, or similar functions
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sense of complex data
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• A knack for juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A self-starter mindset with a natural curiosity to improve and innovate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, plus working knowledge of PowerBI
• Experience with SAP/SAC is a big plus
