A leading finance consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance professional for a 1 Year Contract to support SAP S/4HANA implementation. Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance (1 Year Contract, subject to renewal) to support the implementation of our in‑house ERP system, SAP S/4HANA. The incumbent will serve as the key liaison between the Finance team and external implementation partners, ensuring that the system is configured to meet the organization’s financial and compliance requirements. This role is critical in driving business alignment, managing stakeholders, and ensuring effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance workstream throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including design, testing, go‑live, and stabilization.
  • Collaborate closely with external SAP consultants to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system design and configuration.
  • Facilitate workshops with key Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and define future‑state processes.
  • Oversee data migration efforts, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support change management, training, and communication initiatives to ensure successful adoption by end‑users.
  • Monitor project deliverables and timelines specific to the finance function, escalating risks or delays as appropriate.
  • Provide post‑implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA)
Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 3 years of hands‑on involvement in ERP projects.
  • Prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA (Finance module – FI/CO) implementation, preferably in a project lead or business‑facing role is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience working with external vendors and cross‑functional stakeholders.
