Job summary

The role involves handling accounts receivable and payable functions, processing payments, and using IFCA software for record-keeping. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Business, Accounting or Marketing and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
• Additional education or relevant experience is an advantage.
• Strong drive and energy to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Process petty cash claims accurately and timely.
• Process subcontractor payments, including cheque issuance.
• Maintain and update financial records using IFCA software.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors for payment arrangements.
