Qualifications

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, reimbursements, and cash flow monitoring.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records using accounting software.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Support audit preparation and tax filing processes.

  • Manage government tender platforms such as Vendors@Gov, GeBIZ, and SAP Ariba.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting tender documentation.

  • Handle HR administrative matters including employment contracts, payroll processing, and government grant applications.

  • Ensure accurate CPF, tax, and statutory submissions.

  • Support internal workflow optimisation and help establish well-structured finance and administrative processes.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 2 years of Singapore-based finance experience, able to independently manage full sets of accounts.

  • Proficient with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks, and familiar with government procurement systems (GeBIZ, Vendors@Gov, Ariba).

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in communication and execution.

  • Knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, IRAS, GST, and related regulations is preferred.
