Job description

On behalf of a Private Real Estate Funds Management firm, we are assisting them to a Finance Manager to bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to support the organization’s financial health and growth.

This Finance Manager shall lead financial and management reporting for real estate portfolios across ASEAN and ANZ, managed group consolidation and monthly reporting across various regions, and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders for financial data.

You should have experience in preparing consolidated budgets and forecasts, providing financial analysis for strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, external audits, and statutory regulations, and managed tax provisions and submissions, evaluated legal agreements, and handled debt financing, hedging, and compliance activities. Last but not least, to adept at identifying process gaps, improving internal controls, and driving system enhancements.

This Finance Manager should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with over 10 years of relevant experience. He/She should come across a strong and confident communicator and problem solver with good analytical skillset. He/She is capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and being meticulous, detailed, organized, and a collaborative team player.
