As Finance Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations for the Singapore entity. This role combines technical accounting, commercial awareness, and hands‑on execution, working closely with management, operations and external stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the accounting team in operational / financial matters and ensure proper and timely closure and consolidation of accounts, financial and management reports for companies within the group.

• Cash flow management, analysisand projections.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies and other regulatory requirements.

• Ensure proper internal controls and risk management are in place and adhered to.

• Liaise on all tax, treasury, accounting and reporting requirements.

• Provide advice and support senior management on all financial issues, develop strategies and plans to meet all financial commitments.

• Manage and oversee human resources and administration.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy or CPA, minimum 5 to 6 years of related working experience.

• Experience in the shipping and offshore industry, Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
