Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in a listed company.
• Experience in public accounting or MNC with financial reporting exposure.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and its application to financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting policies in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead accounting treatment for complex transactions like M&A.
• Prepare and review financial statements for compliance.
