Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and hands‑on Finance Manager to oversee end‑to‑end bank payments and claims processing, ensuring compliance with Singaporean regulations and internal company policies. This role is integral to fund management, budgeting, financial statements preparation, and liaising with external service providers. Key Responsibilities
  • End‑To‑End Payment & Claims Processing: Manage bank payment and claims processes, ensuring compliance with both domestic and international regulations.
  • Internal Fund Management: Oversee weekly cash flow updates, fund allocation, and intercompany transaction reconciliation.
  • Core Accounting Tasks: Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and maintain fixed asset registers and bank reconciliations.
  • GST & Tax Filings: Assist with GST filings, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Bank Account Operations: Manage bank account operations (including AML/KYC checks), and liaise with external service providers (auditors, tax agents) and internal stakeholders.
  • Audit & Administrative Duties: Support annual audits and take on ad‑hoc finance and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in payment processing, fund management, and accounting. Experience in Private Equity (PE), fund management, or family office in Singapore is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulations, MAS requirements, and local payment systems. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (with a focus on financial analysis). Strong problem‑solving skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and spoken English and interpersonal communication skills. High integrity, confidentiality, sense of ownership, and initiative.
  • Certifications: ACCA or CPA certification is an added advantage.
