Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: monitors, and updates financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Management Reporting: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Budget Management: Oversees budgeting processes, analyzes variances, and recommends adjustments to align with business objectives.
- Cash Flow Management: Manages cash flow, monitors accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and maintains optimal cash balances.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards; coordinates internal and external audits.
- Cost Control & Optimization: Identifies cost-saving opportunities and implements best practices to improve financial performance.
- Business Partnering: Works with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial management role, ideally in multinational or high-growth companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and BPC preferred.
- Meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a good team player.
