Financial Reporting / Management & Reviews
- Review of payments for approval
- Responsible and oversee the financial transactions related to rentals, sales and associated services
- Ensure accurate records of income, expenses and inventory
- Responsible and oversee Inventory levels for merchandise and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock
- Ensure regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Review daily reconciliation of revenue & collection from rentals and merchandise sales
- Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate management accounts
- Responsible for full sets of financial reports
- Monitor and analyse monthly results/variances and perform financial review
- Manage working capital effectively by preparing monthly cash flow projection
- Ensure reports are prepared in accordance to statutory requirements
- Responsible for yearly budgeting and forecasting
- Review of business plans and performance review
- Review and drafting of contract terms & conditions including company legal documents
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management
Audit and Taxation
- Responsible for all statutory audit and tax filing matters for respective entities including liaising with professionals
- Responsible for drafting of financial statements for respective entities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations and timelines
Internal Control and Compliance
- Develop and implement internal reporting and compliance of accounting policies and procedures
- Ensure best in practice internal control environment
HR & Admin
- Responsible for monthly payroll, CPF submission and annual filing of IR8A forms
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements
- Coordinate recruitment process in terms of arranging for interview and facilitating onboarding for new employees
- Responsible for all immigration and work permit processes for foreign employees, if applicable
- Manage employee performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goals setting and career development planning
- Responsible of all office admin and banking related matters
- Provide any ad-hoc management support and assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management
- Employment Contract drafting
Requirements
- Finance / Accountancy Degree or other professional Accountancy qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in audit as well as handling full Spectrum of Finance and Accounting function
- Knowledge of Retail operations is an asset
- Experienced in handling external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities
- Technically strong in accounting, finance, treasury management and control, able to make knowledgeable operational decisions and appropriate recommendations to management and work under pressure
- Meticulous and detailed

- Proficiency in Xero
