Job summary

A leading HR advisory company is looking for a temporary role supporting Finance operations and HR administrative tasks in Singapore. Key responsibilities include manual data processing, verification of invoices, and assisting HR-related duties. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Finance or HR and a basic understanding of finance processes. This role is essential during the interim before the SAP automation system implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Finance or HR administrative roles.
  • Basic understanding of Finance processes for invoice and PO/GRN matching is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual matching and verification of Purchase Orders and invoices.
  • Support invoice processing and assist in vendor payment schedules.
  • Handle pantry orders and maintain basic HR records.
