Our client is a leading GPU cloud provider serving the needs of the AI ecosystems. As part of their expansion plan, they are seeking to hire an experienced Finance Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements through maintenance and proper documentation.
• Oversee internal fund management: weekly cash flow updates, forecasting, fund allocation and intercompany transaction reconciliation.
• Support fund-related activities such as NAV preparation, capital calls, distributions, budgeting and cash flow tracking.
• Assist with GST filings, budgeting, forecasting, tax matters, compliance and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with external accounting, audit and tax partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements &Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, corporate finance, fund management and accounting
• Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulations, MAS requirements and local payment systems.
