  • Knowledge of FRS, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts (AR / AP / GL / FA).
  • Prepare and submit GST returns.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant government authorities.
  • Maintain proper internal controls and ensure compliance with SOPs and company procedures.

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Finance Executive who can independently manage a full set of accounts and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

  • Handle full sets of accounts (AR / AP / GL / FA)
  • Prepare and submit GST returns
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant government authorities
  • Maintain proper internal controls and ensure compliance with SOPs and company procedures
  • Assist in process improvements and system implementations as required
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • knowledge of FRS, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
