Job summary

A leading organic wine producer located in Singapore seeks an experienced individual for accounting responsibilities. You will manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable, while ensuring compliance with Singapore standards. Applicants should have a diploma or degree in accounting and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is essential, as is a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and Singapore accounting standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Manage invoicing and supplier reconciliation for accounts payable.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.

• Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, payment posting, and AP aging.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and prepare required financial reports.

• Prepare GST submissions, maintain accruals/prepayment schedules, and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards.

• Liaise with vendors, customers, auditors, banks, and tax agents.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial documentation.

• Provide support for audit, tax filing, and ad hoc finance projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (F&B or retail industry advantage).

• Strong knowledge of full set accounts, GST, and Singapore accounting standards.

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount).

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
