About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join the Finance team at Regent Logistics Pte Ltd. In this full-time position based in Maritime Square, Central Region, you will play a important role in the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing
  • Manages full set of accounts
  • Prepare monthly audit schedules
  • Perform daily operations of accounting records and filing
  • Prepare GST reporting and filing
  • Communicate with intercompany to resolve receipts discrepancies and perform reconciliation
  • Perform ad hoc or other duties assigned by superiors
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
  • Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
