Management Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present key financial and performance reports (revenue, cost, margin, cash flow) for senior management
  • Support detailed financial analysis and ad‑hoc decision‑making
Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasts, and monitor actual performance vs. targets, highlighting variances
Project / Revenue Accounting
  • Support project cost tracking, billing and revenue recognition for regional service contracts
  • Coordinate with respective cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in fair value assessments
Accounting, Compliance & Reporting
  • Supervise daily accounting operations, lead month‑end closing, and prepare accurate management accounts and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, administration protocols, and relevant regulations
  • Liaise with auditors, respond to due diligence requests, and assist in statutory and management reporting
  • Prepare timely and accurate management accounts and basic variance analysis

Job Requirements

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

Certification:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) or other relevant Singapore accountancy qualification preferred; CFA Charterholder an advantage

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in finance‑related role
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of alternative investment industry is preferred
  • Experience with accountancy firms in audit, or valuation roles with regional clients (APAC) is a strong advantage

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; ERP / BI tools a plus
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving skills; good sense of compliance and audit framework
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively with cross‑functional and regional teams
