Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is looking for a Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines for Finance reporting. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, compliance with security standards, and enabling business intelligence capabilities. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in SQL and Python, experience with ETL processes, and knowledge of cloud data platforms. You will collaborate with Finance analysts and contribute to the development of automated workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data quality and observability practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems integration (Workday RAAS preferred).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and version control tools.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion.
• Develop data models to support Finance reporting.
