What you will be responsible for:

The Finance Business Partner supports the finance team in providing financial analysis, business insights to assist business stakeholders in making informed decisions. This role focuses on FP&A support, data analysis, budgeting preparation and partnering with business teams.

Business Support & Analysis

• Support business units in understanding financial performance and key drivers
• Conduct cost and margin analysis, prepare insights for operational improvements
• Assist in evaluating initiatives, pricing proposals, and business case analysis

FP&A Support

• Assist in budgeting, forecast preparation and variance analysis
• Consolidate financial data from business units and prepare periodic performance reports
• Consolidate financial data from business units and prepare periodic performance reports

Financial Modelling & Reporting

• Build and maintain financial models
• Support management reporting packages, KPI tracking and dashboard preparation

Data & Process Improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting efficiency and process automation
• Support implementation of financial control frameworks and spend governance

How you will stand out:

• Min 6 years experiences in FP&A / commercial finance / business analytics preferred
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field
• CA/CPA/CFA certification or progress toward certification is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / data analysis tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
