Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Business Analyst experience; Technology know-how is preferred.
• Extensive product and business analysis experience in financial and regulatory reporting.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
• Team player, able to work independently.
• Customer service focused, resourceful and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as a SME in the respective domains with sufficient knowledge.
• Work closely with business users and project team members for implementation.
• Lead solutioning effort and develop innovative solutions.
• Perform Business Analysis and lead requirements gathering.
• Propose future-proof solutions balancing feasibility with reasonableness.
• Drive and clear solutioning process, documentation, and obtain sign off.
• Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
• Troubleshoot functional issues encountered during UAT.
