Role Overview

We are looking for a high-caliber Finance Manager to lead financial governance and product control for our digital investment and yield-bearing products. This role acts as a bridge between Finance, Product, and Operations, ensuring that complex financial structures are accurately modeled, reconciled, and audited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for diverse investment products, including fixed/flexible savings, staking, and structured yield products.
  • Product Governance: Evaluate new financial product proposals to ensure commercial viability and alignment with group financial standards.
  • Operational Reconciliation: Partner with Operations to perform complex reconciliations of wallet flows, product balances, and revenue recognition.
  • Accuracy & Validation: Validate profitability calculations, interest/reward accruals, and user payout accuracy across multiple product lines.
  • Automation Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of automated reconciliation processes for large-scale transaction data to improve reporting integrity.
  • Investment Verification: Perform financial validation of on-chain and off-chain movements, including DeFi deployments and platform transfers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA (Singapore), or ACCA are highly advantageous.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Financial Business Partnering (Finance BP) or Product Control within the FinTech or Digital Assets sector.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of yield-generating financial instruments, lending products, and structured investments.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets with high attention to detail.
  • Communication & Language: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling financial flows and collaborating with stakeholders in our North Asian regional offices where documentation is primarily in Chinese.
  • Work Arrangement: This is a fully onsite role based in our Singapore office to facilitate real-time collaboration with our core product and operations teams.
