Finance Analyst to Deputy General Manager- Japanese Company (Singapore)

Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid Work Model


Japanese company is seeking a Finance Analyst (or DGM) to join Finance & Administration Department at our Singapore office.

This newly created role reflects their continued business growth and commitment to strengthening financial operations within a stable and well-established Japanese firm.

Finance Analyst will be responsible for management accounting, including budgeting, performance analysis, and reporting to senior management and our Japan headquarters.

The role also covers tax compliance and incentive program management, such as applying for Singapore tax incentive schemes, maintaining transfer pricing documentation, and ensuring compliance with BEPS 2.0.

The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure financial plans align with strategic goals, while contributing to process improvements and supporting cross-border initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting and coordinate with business units
