What You’ll Do

• Analyse financial and operational performance, including margins and market trends, to identify improvement opportunities.

• Lead or support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, tracking performance trends to guide business decisions.

• Provide actionable insights for cross functional stakeholders, supporting business needs and planning decisions.

• Monitor operating costs, cash flow, and balance sheet items, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and financial control.

• Manage tax submissions and support internal and external audits.

• Maintain, develop, and enhance analytics and reporting tools to improve financial visibility and decision-making.

• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to optimise order management, order plannings, and system processes.

• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements across functions and finance to drive efficiency, automation, and effectiveness.

• Support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives aligned with evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, providing insights, guidance, and financial expertise to support key business decisions.

• Undertake additional finance or business-related duties as required, in line with evolving business need

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.

• Minimum 3–7 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, within fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools using systems tools.

• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

• Experience in cash flow management, balance sheet monitoring, and compliance.

• Excellent business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
