A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant / Field Service Engineer to manage commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instrumentation products. Candidates should have a diploma in relevant engineering fields and at least 2 years of experience in instrumentation. Qualifications

• Diploma / ITE Certificate in Instrumentation / CPT / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering.
• Min. 2 years of related experience in Instrumentation.
• Good knowledge of machine operation and machine construction.
• Experience in handling with high vacuum equipment, pumps, chillers, and compressors.
• Able to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to field service teams.
• Supporting Factory Acceptance test and Site Acceptance test.
• Maintaining accurate and reliable service tool inventory.
• Completing service documentation in proper format and by due dates.

Job description

Assistant / Field Service Engineer (FSE)

Working hour: 8.30 to 5.30pm Mon to Fri
Working Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 + $100 (Transport allowance) + $40 (Mobile allowance)
Working Location: Tampines

Job Summary: Field Service Assistant Engineer (FSAE) will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of field instrumentation products

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to field service teams
• Supporting Factory Acceptance test and Site Acceptance test
• Maintaining accurate and reliable service tool inventory
• Completing service documentation in proper format and by due dates – this includes items such as timesheets, service/repair reports, follow ups, daily logs, expenses, etc.
• Ensuring proper storage of engineering documentation – drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's

Requirement:

• Diploma / ITE Certificate in Instrumentation / CPT / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering
• Min. 2 years of related experience in Instrumentation
• Good knowledge of machine operation and machine construction
• Experience in handling with high vacuum equipments, pumps, chillers, and compressors
