Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and handle all customer complaints and product failures.
  • Provide after-sales technical support and on-site service to distributors and end customers.
  • Review and assist in processing warranty claims from distributors.
  • Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
  • Provide installation, commissioning, and on-site training according to the project scope.
  • Troubleshoot and service a wide range of diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) to ensure operational reliability.
  • Maintain and organize technical and training documentation.
  • Provide specific training to distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting skills to ensure optimum service levels.
  • Maintain close working relationships with key customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Provide technical assistance on factory testing of special projects.
  • Investigate root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
  • Handle warranty issues from a technical perspective.
  • Perform any other service, training, or ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support.
  • Prior mechanical experience with diesel engines (e.g., MHI, MTU, John Deere, Volvo).
  • Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia region.
