Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety mindset when installing, modifying, repairing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and verifying the operation of the system platform by adhering to AEM policies, procedures, and work, following the direction of the Site Supervisor or Service Manager.
• Provide preventative maintenance in accordance with published procedures. Keep performance and maintenance records on the equipment.
• Complete required daily job documentation, procedures for an SQ checklist, and calibration tools, follow up, and perform pass-down knowledge to peers.
• Submit expected reports, such as service and status reports, A3 reports, and RMA tickets in real-time. Making sure TAT is achieved.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by always conforming to AEM and customers’ work protocols, policies, and local guidelines. Participating in job site safety reviews, safety toolbox meetings, and safety trainingli>
• Productively react to changing priorities and support organizational and administrative duties.
• Communicate all existing and potential customer service/ Safety issues to the immediate supervisor in real-time.
• Provide training to customers.
• Satisfy AEM and customers’ on-site requirements, including safety and environmental guidelines.
• It is also required to work in close proximity to other team members. Positive and effective interaction with other team members is a necessary part of this position.
• Including, but not limited to any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

• A degree in Mechanical or electromechanical engineering ora technical degree/related trade certification.
• LOTO & COHE knowledge is a must. Safety certifications or formal Safetytraining is desirable.
• Subject to random OSHA Safety training, on the Job Training, drug screening, and background checks.
• Must have the ability to set up/troubleshoot complex capital equipment and use a varietyof diagnostic tools such as multi-meters and other measurement devices on a regular basis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strict attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. While maintaining & prioritizing safety. This includes managing multiple projects and meeting time-sensitive objectives with minimal or nosupervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), Knowledge of SAP and Smartsheet is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for as required.
