Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise‑grade wired and wireless CCTV network infrastructure across construction sites, commercial buildings, and SMB/enterprise environments. This role requires specialised technical expertise in CCTV, LAN, wireless bridge, and Wireless Access Point (WAP) deployments, supporting mission‑critical IT and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain CCTV network, LAN network infrastructure for enterprise and site environments
  • Plan and deploy wireless bridge solutions (point‑to‑point and point‑to‑multipoint) for device and site‑to‑site connectivity
  • Install, configure, and optimise Wireless Access Points (WAPs) for indoor and outdoor coverage
  • Monitor network availability, performance, and security
  • Troubleshoot complex wired and wireless network issues across multiple locations
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation including network diagrams and IP plans
  • Coordinate with construction teams, Service providers, and internal stakeholders
Education
  • Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in CCTV network implementation and management
Technical Skills
  • Strong expertise in CCTV design and implementation especially on a construction site
  • Hands‑on experience with LAN, wireless bridge, and WAP deployment
  • Experience with managed switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex network issues
Other Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Willingness to perform on‑site work at construction, noisy environment or client locations
  • Strong communication skills for cross‑functional coordination
  • Willingness to Work At Height (more than 8 meters), go up Tower Crane to setup and troubleshoot
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Ruijie, Hikvision, Ubiquiti, Cisco, MikroTik, Aruba, or equivalent platforms
  • Exposure to CCTV, access control, or IoT network integration
  • Relevant professional certifications such as Work at Height, Work place safety certification in construction Industry
  • Basic Electrical connection concept and implementation
  • Class 3 Driving License
