Job Description & Requirements

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the electrical equipment
• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and support
• Document all work undertaken and maintain detailed records of equipment performance and service history
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Perform on-site start-up, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of front-end automated semiconductor equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability, efficiency, and productivity
• Adhere to established work schedules, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements; maintain accurate service records and reports
• Provide technical training and support to customers’ engineers and technicians to ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives and operational needs
