Qualifications

• More than 3 years of working experience in Clinical Diagnostics or related industry.
• 1–2 years as a commercial field support/application/trainer position is an advantage.
• Experience in connectivity and quality management systems is preferred.

• Support the sales, marketing and operations teams in presentations and demonstrations.
• Resolve application issues and assist customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct installation and connectivity for QC data management.
