A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to manage daily lifestyle tasks, care for a 3-year-old, and coordinate household matters. Responsibilities include handling school routines, driving the child, and organizing family trips. Candidates must have prior experience as a personal assistant or in household management, strong organizational skills, and be proficient in both English and Chinese. A valid driving license is essential, and candidates should be able to adapt to changing schedules.
Manage all aspects of the employer’s daily lifestyle, including coordination with the family driver and domestic helper.
Handle matters related to the child’s school and daily routine.
Able to drive:
Send and pick up the child from school when the driver is off.
Purchase household items when needed.
Assist in caring for a 3-year-old girl (must enjoy children, able to play, engage in activities, and supervise when required).
Make restaurant reservations and prepare simple travel itineraries for family holidays.
Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
Preferably able to travel overseas when required (school holidays or business needs; candidates who can accompany the family on frequent trips will have an advantage).
Work schedule: 6 days work, 1 day rest (9am–7pm).
Lunch break of 1–2 hours provided when duties allow.
During overseas trips, weekly rest days may not be possible.
Travel compensation: actual working days × 20% travel allowance.
Salary review available after completing one year of service.
Singaporeans or candidates with long-term passes preferred.
Prior experience in personal assistant, household management, family butler, or executive assistant roles is preferred.
Experience working with children, especially toddlers (ages 2–4), is an added advantage.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Able to manage household logistics and coordinate with the driver, helper, and external vendors.
Must have a valid driving licence (Singapore Class 3 or equivalent).
Able to communicate well in English and Chinese (written & spoken).
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Proactive with strong ability to anticipate needs.
Pleasant personality and strong communication skills.
Able to adapt to last-minute changes or travel arrangements.
