Job description

Will be seconded to Hospital

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm & Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and exceeds service quality standards.

Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance, leveraging integrated service models to enhance efficiency and ensure a safe workplace.

Manage and monitor operational costs and expenses against budget.

Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships.

Strategize, plan, and implement business processes and procedures aligned with hospital operational requirements.
