Job summary

Une entreprise de nettoyage et peinture à Singapour recherche un(e) Superviseur(e) de nettoyage et de peinture pour diriger le personnel, planifier les tâches et assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité et d'hygiène. Le candidat idéal devra avoir de l'expérience dans un rôle similaire, et être capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en dirigeant une équipe. Ce poste est à temps plein avec un salaire compris entre 2,500 et 3,000 SGD.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cleaning / Painting Supervisor or similar role preferred.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.
• Good communication in English and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on weekends.

• Supervise and lead cleaning staff to ensure quality standards are met.
• Plan and assign daily cleaning and painting duties.
• Conduct inspections and maintain cleanliness & maintenance standards.
• Carry out minor touch-up painting and supervise painting works.
