About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager or Senior Facilities Manager to join our dedicated team in Singapore. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective facilities operations and maintenance of commercial / ministries/ residential properties within our portfolio. This will be a 5.5 working days Role.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties, ensuring all facilities and M&E systems and equipment are functioning effectively.
  • Oversee and manage the team of Assistant Facility Managers, Engineers, Technical personnel, specialists (including direct vendors/sub‑contractors) in all the disciplines within the contractual work scope for smooth operations maintenance.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance program for all services and ensure proper contracts administration and management. Involve with M&E services maintenance and oversee soft services contractors.
  • Ensure all operational issues and emergencies are attended promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the schedule planned.
  • Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programme to prolong the lifespan of building systems and assets.
  • Oversee and optimise the use of resources, utilities and services to achieve cost savings and sustainability targets.
  • Monitor and track all maintenance works and their progress status.
  • Monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance with performance framework.
  • Liaise with building owners, tenants and other stakeholders to address concerns and queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports and manage budgets for the assigned properties.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health and environmental regulations. Ensures effective communication within the team and with internal/external stakeholders to achieve their assigned KPIs. Good Workplace Health and Safety Act knowledge.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities or property management, preferably in the commercial and/or ministry sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of M&E facilities maintenance / building systems, maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent facilities management, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to effectively supervise and coordinate a team of contractors and service providers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using relevant facilities management software and systems.
  • Diploma / Degree or professional qualification in facilities management, engineering or any relevant discipline.
