Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to oversee operations and maintenance of family-owned properties. The role requires at least 8 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on high-end residential projects. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating renovation projects. Ideal candidates should hold a relevant diploma or degree and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing high-end projects or residential properties.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of family-owned properties.
  • Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance.
  • Manage maintenance staff and external vendors list.
  • Ensure all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems function efficiently.
  • Handle minor repairs and troubleshoot facility issues promptly.
  • Monitor security systems and uphold property safety standards.
  • Coordinate renovation or improvement projects with contractors and designers.
  • Track maintenance budgets, log expenses, and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure all work is carried out with discretion and high confidentiality.
  • Be on-call for emergencies and urgent repair needs.
