Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Technical Officer for Facilities Building Management. The candidate will perform inspections, supervise maintenance contracts, and assist in operations of Mechanical and Electrical Systems. Preferred qualifications include a Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and relevant experience. A good understanding of ACMV systems is necessary, alongside strong communication skills. The role involves rotating shifts and may include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or higher for candidates with more experience.
• Candidates with FSM, GMM, SCEM, or CERT trained are preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of ACMV systems is critical.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on systems.
• Supervise contractors and vendors for scheduled maintenance.
• Assist in record keeping and monitoring system performance.
