Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise contract service providers, ensure adherence to safety policies, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems. A minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance are required. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to continual improvements and operational support.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate, sponsor and supervise contract service provider to performance work activities
• Adhere to company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, housekeeping and quality
• Plan, schedule and perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities on mechanical equipment and system
• Troubleshoot and attend to abnormalities in support of Operations in a timely manner
• Participate in mechanical equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, then execute corrective and preventive action for continual improvement, this includes installation and modification work on existing or new mechanical system.
• Utilize computer base software to document record of work order and equipment history.
