Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for Full Set accounting. (AP, AR & GL)
• Corporate Tax computations.
• Handle and maintain a spectrum of accounting functions.
• Monthly Payroll, CPF submission, and staff claims.
• Follow-up customer outstanding.
• Cashflow management and perform bank statement reconciliation.
• Perform accurate data entry to the account system.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents.
• In charge of stock inventories and resolve if there any discrepancies.
• Perform month-end closing for the financial report within the timeline.
• Handle Human Resources functions.
• Any ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time.
