• Provide Expert Optical Advice: Offer professional guidance to customers on selecting suitable spectacles and frames based on their prescription, face shape, lifestyle, and personal preferences.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming and helpful experience for all customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a customer-first attitude at all times.
• Maintain Store Operations: Oversee daily shop operations, including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and organization to ensure a smooth and professional retail environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and receiving merchandise, and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate records and product availability.

Requirements:
