Company Overview

Our client is a well-established consumer appliances manufacturer with a strong presence in Asia and expanding international markets. They are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive overseas growth and distributor development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive export and overseas sales growth across assigned international markets

  • Develop and expand new dealer and distributor networks across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Bangladesh, including identifying and onboarding new partners

  • Manage relationships with overseas distributors, dealers, and key accounts

  • Identify new market opportunities and lead distributor appointment and negotiations

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pricing, and annual export business plans

  • Coordinate with internal teams on marketing, logistics, and order fulfillment

  • Track competitor activity and market trends to support sales strategy

  • Travel overseas for distributor meetings and trade shows when required

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or International Trade

  • 5–8 years’ experience in export sales / overseas sales / international business development

  • Experience in consumer appliances, electrical products, or FMCG preferred

  • Strong background in distributor and dealer management

  • Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Independent, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple markets

  • Willing to travel overseas
