主要职责

We are seeking passionate and purpose‑driven Chinese Language Teachers to join our newly set‑up Chinese Tuition Centre for Primary School students.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold a positive, growth‑oriented teaching philosophy, helping students believe they can improve with consistent practice
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality Chinese lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus
• Use fun, engaging, and interactive teaching methods (games, multimedia, group work, etc.)
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Monitor and assess student progress; provide constructive, encouraging feedback
• Communicate regularly with parents to share progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements
• Build a classroom environment that is nurturing, safe, respectful, and conducive to learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum, refine pedagogy, and share best practices

Requirements

• Believes in positive reinforcement, nurturing confidence, and motivating students through encouragement rather than pressure
• Genuinely believes that teachers can change a child’s life — and takes pride in making a meaningful impact
• Experience teaching Chinese using the MOE Primary syllabus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language / Chinese Studies / Education (teacher training preferred)
• Strong Mandarin proficiency (spoken, reading, writing)
• Excellent classroom management; caring, patient, and encouraging teaching attitude
• Ability to communicate confidently with parents
• Creative, energetic, able to make lessons engaging and enjoyable
• Passion for student growth, and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Located near Downtown Line / Circle Line / Bukit Timah
• Able to work weekday evenings and weekends
