Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in experience design, product design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX/UI and visual design work.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite .
• Solid understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design systems, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills — organized, self‑directed, and thoughtful in approaching complex challenges.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Formal education, certification, or training in Graphic Design , UX/UI Design , or Interaction Design — or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative design processes.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and how they influence user experience.
• Comfort with systems thinking and applying it to scalable design solutions.
• Experience presenting design concepts and negotiating feedback with diverse teams.
