About the Role

This role supports the design and testing of new ways of working to improve how employees collaborate, use digital tools, and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pilot projects using design thinking to test and improve how Divisions work, including trials of digital tools and process automation
  • Design user-centred solutions by conducting user research, mapping journeys, and identifying pain points to drive practical workplace improvements
  • Work with stakeholders to understand workflow challenges and prioritise high-impact improvement initiatives
  • Support change efforts by developing communication and engagement plans to encourage adoption of new ways of working
  • Assist with ad‑hoc duties to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Design, Business, Change Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in user experience design, business analysis, process improvement, or organisational transformation will be an advantage
