Job description
BROAD FUNCTION
  • Drive Culture Development and Employee Engagement to promote employee retention.

  • Oversee Employee Wellness and Leadership Development through various programmes.

  • Profile the organisation and employees in different platforms such as through awards and recognitions.

  • Support HR leaders in reporting, policy review and project execution.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Wellness Development
  • Create and implement programs; assess needs, design initiatives and track effectiveness.

  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships; plan health-related workshops, campaigns and talks.

  • Secretary to the Health and Wellbeing Committee and perform tasks such as minute recording, review of incident reports, reaching out to victims, follow-up on giving support to victims and submission of documents to Committee Chairs, AIC and MOH.

  • Coordinate Peer Supporters Programme and coordinate their training.

  • Manage wellness program budgets, and vendor relationships.

  • Plan and execute events such as health-related workshops, campaigns and talks.

  • Member of the Ren Ci Staff Recreation Committee.

Culture Development and Employee Engagement
  • Aligning with Ren Ci Values, create a positive environment by working with Leaders to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Support in developing a group of Change Champions to partner HR with Culture Transformation plans.

  • Gather and analyse feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and track engagement trends.

  • Conduct the organisation wide Employee Engagement Survey and implement the follow-up solutions.

  • Track key metrics like employee retention, participation in engagement initiatives, and overall satisfaction scores to measure the effectiveness of engagement efforts.

Leadership Development
  • Design and implement leadership programmes.

  • Identify leadership gaps via assessments and propose interventions (coaching, specialised programmes).

  • Propose interventions such as individual/group coaching and specialised programmes to develop leadership capabilities.

  • Support High Potential Programmes with outreach, in-house publicity, engagement sessions with Senior Management and planning of appointment /rotations.

  • Maintain Total Performance Management (TPM) masterlist, prepare assessments cycles in OneHR, assist in movement of forms, generate reports, prepare presentation materials and run TPM clinics.

  • Support HOD and Manager in the Learning Needs Analysis exercise and prepare the analysis for Management.

  • Maintain Scholars' Masterlist accurately, prepare bond agreements and minimum service period agreements, and liaise with AIC, MOH, NCSS and other partner on various scholarship matters.

  • Review, update, and draft policies, PWIs, and guidelines as required.

  • Prepare budgets for all assigned items, track expenditure, and process payments promptly.

Other Duties
  • Support department research projects and profile organisation through award submissions and recognitions.

  • Support the HR team at events, ceremonies and team activities.

  • Support the HOD on Discipline and Grievance cases as note taker when required.

  • Do regular policy and procedure review.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimally a Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in Sciences, Psychology or Human Resources.

  • At least two years of relevant experience in employee wellness and/or culture development.

  • Experience in developing HR matrix and/or dashboard is an advantage.

  • Meticulous to details, organised and have the resilience to meet strict deadlines to deliver on time.

  • Strong interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights for decision making.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Self-motivated and resourceful.

  • Ability to interact with employees at all level.

  • Good team player and professional at all times.

  • Proactive, exercises initiative, multitask, work independently and willing to go the extra mile.
