Responsibilities
  • This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
  • Facilitating seamless operations of Academy courses through catering, logistical and administrative support.
  • Support the management and deployment of 150 SMU Student Assistants to provide course support and administrative support to trainers and learners.
  • Managing both face-to-face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration.
  • Occasionally need to support programmes that are conducted outside normal office hours. Flexible off days will be compensated for such work deployment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful in navigating changes.
  • A keen interest in process improvement and efficiency.
  • Preferred experience in training, administration, or course coordination.
