TO PROVIDE RECRUITMENT SUPPORT, CONTRIBUTING TO THE GENERATION OF TOPLINE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organisation and Co-ordination of Recruitment Events
  • Creation of Marketing Collaterals required for Recruitment
  • Crafting of Creatives like social media visuals, EDMs and newsletters
  • Providing technical Set-up and support during recruitment events
  • management of marketing campaigns for recruitment events
  • social media postings and reply management
  • inhouse recruitment photo and video shooting
  • Providing reruitment marketing logistical support
  • Creation and Maintenance of Recruitment Marketing assets
  • Take an active lead in design conceptualization and content styling
  • work closely with agencies to develop platform, engaging, relevant an effective marketing content such as landing page and online ad
  • Digitally savvy - Website/CRM/Hubspot
  • Any other adhoc tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • O/ N level, diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of social media, hubspot
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in marketing roles.
  • Knowledge of design software - canva, social media platforms
  • Experience in event set up and video conferencing tools .
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in the F&B sector is an asset.
  • Able to converse with china partners
  • Strong organizational and ability to prioritize work to succeed under fast-paced environment.
