Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of human resource functions. The successful candidate will support talent acquisition and manage employee relations while overseeing staff programmes. Ideal applicants should hold a degree in a relevant field and possess at least 3 years of HR experience. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to $4500 plus AWS and VB, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Handle the full spectrum of human resource functions.
• Liaise, co-ordinate with and provide advice and support to departments in talent acquisition, management and retention.
• Required to handle employment administration and employee relations matters for assigned professional groups and assist in policy reviews.
• To oversee the implementation and administration of staff programmes and events and participate in corporate projects as assigned.

Working Hours

• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
• Up to $4500 + AWS + VB

Location

Candidate Requirements

• A recognised degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Social Sciences or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience as a HR Generalist
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking and numeracy skills with an eye for details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and emailing tools and familiar with social media platforms
• A good team player
