SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking an Executive on a 1-year contract basis, to assist in administration support for a retention scheme that is implemented across public healthcare and related partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheme Administration & Enquiries – Manage the central enquiry mailbox, coordinate with stakeholders where necessary to craft accurate responses and ensure timely closure of enquiries.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Support communications with public healthcare partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on scheme guidelines and processes.
- Data Management – Assist in organising and updating data records and documentation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Process Improvement – Assist in initiatives to streamline and enhance scheme administration processes, e.g. automation projects to improve efficiency.
- System Support – Provide administrative support to the team in the implementation of the HR system, where required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage enquiries and liaise with multiple stakeholders professionally.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability to see through timely completion of tasks.
- Comfortable handling data, with attention to accuracy and data organisation.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage ambiguity with a positive attitude.
