Job summary

A leading executive search firm in Singapore seeks an Executive Head-hunter / Recruitment Consultant to lead regional talent acquisition efforts in the APAC region. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, source candidates across various channels, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Ideal candidates will have 1-8 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Qualifications

TRIBE GLOBALSEARCH is a privately held Executive Search and Recruitment business. Our consultants operate regionally in the APAC region, from our offices in Singapore. Our experienced team of recruitment experts work mainly on Leadership (CXO) Strategy, M&A and Transformation across Financial Services, Private Equity, Technology and Consulting.

The Position:
  • Understanding recruitment mandates and defining a sourcing strategy - Sourcing candidates thanks to a multi-channel approach.
  • Talent Mapping, Headhunting, job boards, social media & referrals.
  • Developing a candidate portfolio based on direct contacts.
  • Selecting and qualifying (incl. interviewing) local as well as international candidates at mid and senior level.
  • In depth phone and face to face interviews.
  • Client acquisition and business development.
  • Ensuring proper process management together with recruitment consultants and clients - Supporting actively key account managers in the development of our sales strategy.
Your background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree - 1 – 8 years professional work experience, in Recruitment or Executive Search.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and “can-do” attitude.
  • Professional code of ethics - Fluency in English, additional languages would be an advantage.
