A premier entertainment complex in Singapore is seeking a Digital Executive to manage and support its digital initiatives aimed at achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will coordinate digital projects, manage vendors, and ensure smooth e-commerce and content publishing operations. Required qualifications include a degree in Digital Marketing or related field and preferably 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous as the role may involve Mandarin content, making good communication skills essential.

Job description

The Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s digital initiatives to achieve the business objectives. This role involves supporting digital projects, coordinating with stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce and content publishing operations. The Executive will ensure all digital touchpoints deliver a seamless and engaging experience for visitors while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in platform management.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of all digital initiatives that align with the business objectives.
  • Publish and/or update products, promotions and content.
  • Ensure that products and content are launched/published on time.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and foster collaboration.
  • Manage delivery of external teams and vendors.
  • Manage the ticketing platforms to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
  • Manage the content management systems to ensure seamless content publishing.
  • Ensure that assets are of the right specifications and in-line with the brand guidelines.
  • Upload assets and content to the various platforms.
  • Ensure quality of all the products, promotions, assets, and content prior to launch/publishing.
  • Optimize processes and workflows relating to all digital operations.
  • Generate performance reports and update dashboards.
Requirements
  • Degree in Digital Marketing, IT/Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing environment.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms.
  • Understanding of content management systems.
  • Hands-on experience on e-commerce platforms and Adobe Experience Manager are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in the Mandarin language will be an advantage as the digital content launched/published may also be in Mandarin, hence the ability to understand Mandarin would facilitate the work to be done.
  • Highly organized and focused.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest or experience in AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks and support additional business needs.
